Sweet Potato Pomodoro Pepperoni Pizza Dip

ingredients

No-stick cooking spray
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon dried basil
1/4 teaspoon salt
8 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese, divided use
4 oz. diced pepperoni, divided use
3/4 cup Just Like Home Sweet Potato Pomodoro Pasta Sauce
3 tablespoons seeded and diced green bell pepper

instructions

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9-inch pie plate with cooking spray. Set aside. In a medium mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sour cream, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, oregano, basil, and salt on medium speed until smooth. Stir in half of cheese.  Spread in prepared pie plate.  Sprinkle with half of pepperoni.  Spoon and spread pasta sauce evenly over pepperoni.  Bake for 15 minutes. Remove from oven.  Sprinkle with remaining cheese, remaining pepperoni, and bell pepper. Return to oven for 10 minutes.  Serve with party breads, crackers, or tortilla chips as desired. Serves 6.

****May also divide and layer into six sprayed 8-oz. ramekins for individual servings.
