Creamy Dijon Pomodoro Salad Dressing

INGREDIENTS:

• 1 cup Just Like Home Kitchen Recipes™ Sweet Potato Pomodoro pasta sauce
• ¼ cup mayonnaise
• 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
• 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
• 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
• Salt and pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS:

• Blend or whisk all ingredients together until smooth.
• Cover and refrigerate for 1-2 hours to allow flavors to blend before serving (can store in refrigerator up to 4 days).
• Makes about 1 1/3 cups. Enjoy!
