Skillet Lasagna

This easy-to-make lasagna can be baked or even grilled right in the skillet. Top it off with fresh heirloom tomato, arugula, and some burrata cheese and you’re sure to have a showstopper.
ingredients
1 jar Just Like Home Zesty Tomato Basil & Cheese marinara sauce
6-8 no boil Lasagna Noodles
1 lb Ground Beef
8 oz Ricotta Cheese
1 cup shredded Italian Cheese Blend
½ a Zucchini, diced
2 Tomatoes, sliced
3 mini Burrata
1-2 cups Arugula
2 teaspoons Salt
1 teaspoon Pepper
instructions
Brown the ground beef and season with 1 teaspoon salt and ½ teaspoon pepper. Set aside.
In a bowl mix ricotta, zucchini, 1 teaspoon salt and ½ teaspoon of pepper.
Preheat the oven to 350.
In a cast iron skillet (or baking dish) layer 1 cup of Zesty Tomato Basil & Cheese marinara.
Add lasagna noodles, ½ of the ricotta mix, ½ of the ground beef, and 1/3rd of the shredded cheese.
Repeat once more.
Top the lasagna with sliced tomato and let sit for 20 minutes to let the lasagna noodles soak in the sauce.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Top with 3 mini burrata and 2 cups of arugula. Drizzle with olive oil and add extra pepper. Enjoy!
