Easy Baked Ravioli
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 cups of Just Like Home Kitchen Recipes® N.Y. Lip-Smackin’ Garlic pasta sauce
- 1 package of cheese ravioli
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup of Italian bread crumbs
- ¼ cup of grated Parmesan cheese
DIRECTIONS:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In one bowl, crack two eggs and whisk until well blended.
- In a second bowl, combine the Italian bread crumbs and grated Parmesan cheese and mix well.
- Dip ravioli into the egg mixture first and then dip into the breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese mixture, pressing to coat. Place in a 13 x 9-inch baking dish. Repeat with the remaining raviolis.
- Pour the pasta sauce over the raviolis.
- Bake for about 10 minutes or until the raviolis are lightly browned.
- Serve immediately.
