Skillet Shrimp in Garlic Sauce with Feta Cheese

INGREDIENTS:

DIRECTIONS:

  • Rinse the shrimp under cold water and pat dry.
  • Heat a large skillet over medium heat for two minutes.
  • Add the olive oil and heat for 30 seconds.
  • Season the shrimp with salt and pepper.
  • Sautee the shrimp for about 1 ½ minutes per side.
  • Add two cups of the pasta sauce and sugar and stir to combine all ingredients. Simmer for about three to five more minutes.
  • Remove skillet from heat and top with feta cheese.
  • Serve immediately with cooked pasta.
