Chicken Parmesan Stromboli
INGREDIENTS:
- Just Like Home Kitchen Recipes® Buttery Marinara pasta sauce (for dipping)
- 1 tube refrigerated pizza dough
- 1 tbsp. flour
- 4 cooked breaded chicken tenders-sliced
- 8 slices mozzarella cheese
- 1/3 cup Parmesan
- 1 ½ tbsp. olive oil
- ½ tsp. garlic powder
- ¼ tsp. oregano
- salt and pepper
DIRECTIONS:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- Roll out dough on lightly floured baking sheet.
- Lay out mozzarella across the dough.
- Top with chicken and Parmesan.
- Roll starting at the short end, fold and press the edges. Seam should be down.
- Combine olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, salt and pepper – slather the Stromboli.
- Cook 23-25 minutes.
- Remove from oven, let it stand for 5 minutes to let it set up.
- Cut with a serrated knife.
- Serve with Buttery Marinara sauce.
