INGREDIENTS:
- 6 tbsp. Just Like Home Kitchen Recipes® N.Y. Lip-Smackin’ Garlic pasta sauce
- 16 small pepperoni rounds
- 4 potato rolls
- 4 deli chicken tenders, about ¾ lb. (deli or if you can’t find them you can use frozen cooked) chopped into bite size chunks
- 4 slices mozzarella cheese
- 2 tbsp. melted butter
- 1/4 tsp. Parmesan cheese
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp. oregano
- Pinch of crushed red pepper flake
DIRECTIONS:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Place pepperoni in a pan and let cook for a few minutes, just long enough to render out the fat, and it to start to crisp up. Remove and place on a paper towel lined plate.
- Place the bottoms of each potato roll in and 8 x 8 baking dish.
- Top each roll bottom with a chopped chicken tender, 1 ½ tbsp. of Just Like Home Kitchen Recipes® N.Y. Lip-Smackin’ Garlic pasta sauce, and a slice of mozzarella.
- Place roll tops on.
- In a small bowl, combine melted butter and the remaining ingredients.
- Drizzle mixture over rolls.
- Cover with foil and bake 20-25 minutes.
